As a horse and rider come into the arena to be judged, they begin at the jog and wait for everyone to come into the arena.

Once every contestant is in the arena they begin at the walk.

Now the contestants are loaping.

This is called a jog.

The riders are asked to transition down to a walk.

This contestant is now demonstrating the loa again.

Now he transitioned down to the jog.

Once they are done with their rail work, the contestants are asked to line up so they can back up for the judges.

This contestant recieved third in this class.
